Noi Songdo: Best Italian Fine Dining in Korea (Lunch Course Review)

1. Ambiance & Interior of Noi Songdo

"Welcome! Today, I will be reviewing Noi, one of the best Italian restaurants in Songdo, Incheon."Songdo is located close to Incheon Airport, making it one of the top areas visited by many foreigners. This unique location has led to the rapid development of a diverse food culture Among the many options, I decided to visit Noi, a restaurant that is highly rated on popular Korean dining apps

The design features a calm yet bright color palette, showcasing elegant walls that create a sophisticated atmosphere

Now, let’s step inside to see the main dining area~

The grand chandelier and the classic atmosphere come together perfectly, making you feel as if you've been transported to a charming, authentic restaurant in Italy

"Now, shall we take a look at the lunch course?"

First up is the lunch course amuse-bouche. It includes an abalone taco along with a beautifully decorated tomato filled with cheese. Each piece was the perfect single-bite finger food. The overall flavor profile was exceptionally clean, with perfectly balanced seasoning

Next up is the house bread, served to be enjoyed with rich French butter. While eating, I couldn't help but admire how beautiful and elegant the tableware is here at Noi

Next is the Saffron Soup course. I believe a major advantage of Italian food is that it is tasted with both the eyes and the mouth. I personally like saffron, so the rich aroma and taste were excellent

Next is the main course: the Pork Jowl Steak. While pork jowl can easily become too oily if cooked poorly, Noi serves a perfectly tender and clean version. The sous-vide method truly elevates the taste and quality of the  meat

The next course is pasta. They serve a 'Chef's Daily Pasta' that changes every day, and today's selection was Ragu pasta. Personally, I’m not a big fan of Ragu pasta, and this particular one felt a bit heavy and overly saucy, so it didn't quite suit my taste. I usually prefer simple, noodle-focused pastas like Aglio e Olio, so this part was a bit disappointing for me

This is the main course of the lunch menu at Noi Songdo: the Hanwoo Tenderloin Steak. Prepared medium-well, this premium Korean beef delivered its unique tenderness and distinct aroma, distinguishing it from Western beef. The dish was complemented by grilled onion and mushroom garnishes, adding great variety to the plate

The last dish is the Chef's Dessert: a Yuja Mint ice cream. Italian food can occasionally feel oily, but this dessert serves as a perfect palate cleanser. I highly recommend visiting Noi, a top Italian restaurant in Songdo

You can make a reservation for Noi Songdo via the Catch Table app (available for foreigners) or Naver Reservation
